Shift Shop Exclusive Test Group Now Forming!

I am SO PUMPED!! This morning I got to try out a sneak peek from the brand-new program, SHIFT SHOP!! I LOVED IT! I mean, as much as you can love a good butt-kicking on a Monday morning! ;) For real though, this workout was exactly what I have been wanting! It reminded me of playing sports with the moves and the 25 minutes just FLEW! I was dripping sweat at the end, I am sore as I type this, and I just know it's definitely going to help me make that SHIFT with my goals! Check it out:

What is the Shift Shop Workout?

• It's a 3-week rapid rebuild program
• It's for anyone who wants to ramp-up their fitness FAST
• It goes from basic 25-minute workouts to advanced 45 minute routines, all while honoring your nutrition for optimal results
• It's great for all fitness levels! If you have a lot of weight to lose, Shift Shop will be your ticket to fitness! If you've fallen off track from your regular fitness routine, Chris (the trainer) will lead you through a fitness tune-up!
• The workouts are all 25-45 minutes a day, 6 days a week, for 3 weeks
• There is a modifier in every workout

Beachbody is Going INTERNATIONAL!

Say WHAAAAAAAT??!! Did you hear this exciting news??

If you haven't heard me talk about this or have seen my posts on Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat, then I am about to BLOW YOUR MIND! ;) Beachbody announced some AMAZING news a few months ago that were going INTERNATIONAL!! How cool is that?? Not only will we be in the United States and Canada, but now we will be in the UNITED KINGDOM!! That is so freaking cool! We will be launching in Fall of 2017 (or as they say across the pond, "Autumn"), most likely in late September/October. Make sure that you fill out a form on this page to be in the know with all the new product launches and countries to be announced!

What exactly does this mean?

With Team Beachbody, there are two ways you can take advantage:

1) You can become a Customer/Consumer of the products such as Shakeology, The Beachbody Fitness Programs such as Insanity, Core De Force, PiYo, P90X & more! You can join our fitness accountability groups that we run and utilize our Challenge Tracker App and digital streaming platform called Beachbody On Demand. As a successful Coach I provide mentoring to help set realistic and achievable goals for your health and fitness and guide you to reaching those goals through the accountability groups I offer and ongoing fitness community. 

2) You can also join as a Team Beachbody Coach, which is an Independent Distributor. Your job is to help others achieve their health and fitness goals by using Beachbody programs and Shakeology/Supplements and enrolling customers in support groups through the Challenge Tracker App for daily motivation, accountability & support! As a coach you earn a commission from everything people purchase directly from your site. 

Because my team is part of the #1 team in the entire network, I have the tools and systems to help you get organized and start a business the right way from your home. All you need is Wifi, a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to follow my step-by-step directions to getting your business started and having success within your first month. You do not have to live close to me and can even be in a different country to join my team and take advantage of what my team has to offer and my 1:1 support/mentoring! :) We do phone calls, web conferences, and Skype!! What I am trying to say is that you will have EVERYTHING you need right at your fingertips!
